Sports Physicals

Now offering sports physicals for high school students!

During the months of June and July, we will provide comprehensive sports physicals for  local high school athletes playing Fall sports.

• Cost: $35 for sports physical
• Additional Benefit: Students can enjoy a day pass to the Recovery Room (use of normatec boots,theragun,sauna).

Student-athletes must have the 2020-2021 OHSAA, completely filled out and signed by a legal guardian before a physical examination can be performed.
